There was nothing about the game that said "Remastered". Sadly, those reviews who say it's a bad port because of graphic, and the 30fps issues are stupid. 5-7 years old that was originally on the PS3, to become an amazing "Re-Mastered" version of the game. I'm not too sure why Steam Reviewers are giving it a bad Review, it's like they expected a game that's like. Worst case scenario, if you can't get it to run like the rest of the recent reviewers, get Steam to refund you the money before you clock over 2 hours.
Now I can't say if you will run into any technical issues with the game, but I think its worth giving it a chance. WoTS4 is more varied in its endings and the side quests are considerably more fleshed out and entertaining. As for which one to buy, I'd suggest 4, it's the better game in almost every regard other than the silly plot and characters (although WoTS3 was quite silly too, just less so). As you pointed out already, the porting itself is very basic, 30 fps cap, no graphic settings, but it was still technically sound and I never had any issues in my experience.Īs for the game itself, it's quite fun, somewhat similar to the Yakuza games, but on a shoestring budget.

The game ran fine for me, but that was back during launch and I was using windows 7. It appears that recent negative reviews are players who are having technical issues, mainly ctd's, while using windows 10.
